I started in 2012 after completing my yoga teacher training. At the time, I was still working full-time as a Programme Executive at Rolls-Royce and later at Boots, teaching yoga on the side. In 2018, after facing my own mental health struggles and feeling disillusioned by how many workplaces handled wellbeing, I made the decision to focus fully on Yogic Frog.
Stepping into this work full-time changed everything. I quickly secured contracts with organisations like Rolls-Royce, Derby University, Leeds University, and SNC-Lavalin, delivering movement and wellbeing programmes that had real impact. I was also invited to speak at local, national, and international conferences for Cancer Research UK, Rolls-Royce, and others—always aiming to bring honesty and practical value to conversations about mental health.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, the business took a big knock. With so much of life happening online, wellbeing sessions became just another screen commitment—and many companies pulled back on external support. During that time, I used the space to deepen my training in mental health and counselling. In 2021, I was invited to offer coaching in yoga and movement, and I’ve since qualified as a Life Coach.
Movement has always been part of who I am. I started dancing at age three and joined a dance company early on. After moving back to the UK from South Africa in 1989, I couldn’t find a company to continue with, so I threw myself into other physical pursuits—rugby sevens, parachuting, skiing, running, and the Officer Training Corps.
After finishing my degree in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering, I joined Rolls-Royce and worked around the world. The pressure of the job caught up with me—stress, anxiety, and eventually depression took hold. It was during a trip to Thailand that I walked into a local yoga class. No one spoke English, I couldn’t follow half of it, but I felt freer than I had in years. That feeling stayed with me and led me to keep exploring yoga when I got back to the UK. Over time, it became clear that this was more than just movement. It was a lifeline.
Now, I work mainly on my own but regularly collaborate with other professionals on conferences and projects. Everything I offer—whether it’s one-to-one coaching, classes, retreats, or public speaking—is rooted in experience, empathy, and a desire to see people grow into their full strength.

After years of grinding through jobs that drained my energy and shattered my confidence, I hit rock bottom more than once. It forced me to question everything—including my self-worth. Instead of staying stuck, I made the decision to retrain, refocus, and rebuild. I studied yoga, mental health, and everything in between to give myself—and others—a way forward.
What I offer now is the result of that journey. With over 15 years of yoga teaching experience, I’ve supported individuals from all walks of life, and have been invited to speak at national and international events. Many who attended my classes or talks asked for more—more tools, more clarity, more one-on-one time. That’s how my coaching work began, and it continues to grow.
